Luminary Awards Project

 As senior designer on the Luminary Awards Project, I lead a diverse team of designers, writers, and 508 remediators.  Luminary Awards is an annual celebration to reward LMIers who contributed to the culture by showcasing company values. After careful research and prototypes, I would meet with the team biweekly to discuss valued feedback.

Collaborating with others to advance the vision of the stakeholder(s) is my priority. Our award-winning products prioritized accessibility and helped cultivate a positive, inclusive, and successful organizational culture. After delivering excellence in our brand products, I continued to keep open feedback with all stakeholders.
